[BUG] Authors missing for built-in plugins

## Bug Description
Should be a relatively simple fix but maybe warrants a small discussion - author's aren't included for 4 / 6 of our built-ins, so we should unify the rest as authored by headlamp-k8s as well, or something else appropriate for each.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Go Plugin Catalog
2. Click 'Installed'
3. Observe 'Other plugins' - which by default is populated with 6 plugins, 4 of which are unauthored.
