Description

make sure aks desktop is using aks desktop folders for plugins (not headlamp folder). I mean the user config folders, currently aks desktop looks in the headlamp user folder for plugins. It should look in its own folder.

Research direction

Start by locating the user-config and plugin-path handling for the AKS Desktop application, then compare the folder currently used with the intended AKS Desktop folder. Done means plugin lookup uses the AKS Desktop user folder rather than the Headlamp user folder; no file or test path is named in the issue.
