Description

TODO: these items here need further refinement

- [ ] define the split of plugins (TODO: get POC categories)
- [ ] theme (1 day)
- [ ] auth login (2 days)
- [ ] app deploy / github flow (TODO: PRD) (1 week, not considering PRD changes)
- [ ] major separate functionality pieces (TODO: list all the pieces, 1 week)

First step might be to split the parts, but keep az. In-cluster can not use the az tool, but some parts don't require the az tool.

- [ ] stop using az cli where possible (required for in-cluster usage). (Note: might be some functionality is only desktop and some only in-cluster)
- [ ] TODO: there is a POC that olek did to get rid of az cli (find PR / issue) (2 days)
- [ ] Get first party app id approved (research timebox 1 week)
- [ ] Alternative to a first party app id is to explore an AKS extension
- [ ] Can we use az cli app id like others are doing? (easiest)

Rough estimate so far: 3 weeks
