Reduce final build size

- 650MB unpacked
- Main parts are az, Headlamp (electron, and backend).
- Can take over a minute to load executable with virus scanner on a windows laptop

Estimate (replace az with SDK): 3-4 weeks

- [ ] az is not bundled with AKS desktop. Either entirely replaced via issue https://github.com/Azure/aks-desktop/issues/31, or to install install it via winget/homebrew/apt or download it. This should not be worked on until it's clear that either az will be required or when issue 31 is delayed or can't be completed.
