Accessibility team audit tracker

Since the TCS and C+AI Accessibility team wants full control on the official ADO items (as per their warning on every issue: "Please do not close this bug. This bug should only be closed by TCS, C+AI Accessibility tester after bug verification."), I have created this umbrella tracker for the issues found by the Accessibility team audit.

Keeping this copy on our AKS repo is better for tracking visibility and allows us to comment and work on these without risk of confusion from their end.
