[User Story] - Deploy on WAF aligned AKS landing zone

**Description**
Deploy on WAF aligned AKS landing zone

**Current Behavior**
Today only a non production deployment is available for demo purposes on ACA

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] AKS - WAF aligned infrastructure is used to host the solution
- [ ] AZD is used to orchestrate deployment
- [ ] AVM are used to deploy resources

**Design Considerations**
A dedicated lza folder with azure.yml and infra folder should be created for AKS.
AKS is not yet supported in AI landing Zones. We might want to consider to build a dedicated AKS landing zones composing available AVM AKS modules: https://azure.github.io/Azure-Verified-Modules/indexes/bicep/bicep-pattern-modules
