After installing the GitHub Releases MSI, running WindowsAzureGuestAgent.exe fails with "Windows Service Start Failure".

Based on https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/331501#issuecomment-3855443426.
Though the MSI itself as downloaded from https://github.com/Azure/WindowsVMAgent/releases/download/2.7.41491.1193AMD64%26ARM64/WindowsAzureVmAgent.amd64_2.7.41491.1193_2601261193.fre.msi is correctly installed, I can't find any documentations on how exactly the agent(s?) is supposed to be run post-installation. I can't spot any obvious indications on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/extensions/agent-windows either.
Are there any explicit dependencies that are needed (My test PC, which is not the same as in the screenshot, have had 0 other Azure programs installed during testing)? Any manuals? Anything?
