Pester: Add test to check for updated version file

Once the issue #331 is in, we should implement a test that ensures that the version file(s) was/were updated per the changes in the branch.

For example, the test should check (by comparing with the Head-1 diff) whether the amount of (mandatory) parameters and the (mandatory) parameter names themselves changed and if so check if the version file(s) at least got a major/minor version update.
