[Question/Feedback]: Document update for privateEndpoints example https://github.com/Azure/ResourceModules/tree/main/modules/Sql/servers

Hi guys,

I found there are other fields available from the PE module\resource e.g. customNetworkInterfaceName which I've used. It would be good for either all fields showing in the example or a link\reference maybe to the resource to check for them.

Not sure if this is the same across all the modules , just something I spotted with the sql servers one.
