[Feature Request]: [WIKI] Add a page documenting supported scenarios for CARML

### Description

Any scenario we **support**, we need to be able to **test**.

We should write a `supported scenarios` page, where we state what environments/setups are supported (following what we are testing on), something like:

Supported GitHub versions:
- ✅ GitHub for Teams with public repo
- ❌ GitHub Enterprise

Agents:
- ✅ GitHub hosted agents
- ❌ Self-hosted agents

... etc.
