[5-RDS-on-Windows-Server] Getting following error when deploying RDS connection broker server

VM has reported a failure when processing extension 'rdsdeployment'. Error message: "DSC Configuration 'RDSDeployment' completed with error(s). Following are the first few: Validation failed for the "RD Connection Broker" parameter.

Unable to connect to the server by using Windows PowerShell remoting. Verify that you can connect to the server. The PowerShell DSC resource '[xRDSessionDeployment]Deployment' with SourceInfo 'C:\Packages\Plugins\Microsoft.Powershell.DSC\2.83.1.0\DSCWork\Configuration.1\Configuration.ps1::243::9::xRDSessionDeployment' threw one or more non-terminating errors while running the Set-TargetResource functionality. These errors are logged to the ETW channel called Microsoft-Windows-DSC/Operational. Refer to this channel for more details. The SendConfigurationApply function did not succeed.
