Access Denied error on DiagnosticTool

Hi,
I was able to deploy diagnostic tool correctly, but when I try to search for activities (specifying UPN) I got the following error:

Error Code : 404
Error : Access Denied! You are not authorized to get list of activities.Please contact system administrator

I confirm that I'm RDS Owner of the tenant that I created.
In general I'm global admin on azure subscription where resources were created.

Start by reproducing the DiagnosticTool activity search with a UPN using the reported RDS Owner and global administrator roles. Inspect the deployment's authorization configuration and permissions for the activity-list operation; done means an appropriately authorized user can search activities without the 404 Access Denied error.
