Link PowerShell commands in docs

**What is the path or URL of the page you're reporting?**

As shown in the internal community call, seems like we don't have a link to the powershell commands in the docs.

**How could the page be improved?**

We should link the commands to this page: https://azure.github.io/PSRule.Rules.Azure/about/. Currently you find search the commands in the search bar, which is a workaround.
