Description
The [OCP doc](https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.5/html/pipelines/understanding-openshift-pipelines#op-detailed-concepts) has a detailed section about OpenShift pipelines based on Tekton whereas [ARO doc](https://docs.openshift.com/aro/4/builds/build-strategies.html#builds-understanding-openshift-pipeline_build-strategies) refers to Jenkins.
If Jenkins is outdated in ARO and/or OpenShift pipelines based on Tekton in Technology Preview, that should be clearly stated in ARO4 docs.
