ML Flow Notebook has many errors

Trying to execute the notebook using VS Code on a laptop throws multiple errors.
1. You need to install ML Flow before you can install AzureML-MLFlow otherwise dependant packages aren't loaded and it throws errors
2. The notebook does not execute, it throws errors: Output exceeds the [size limit](command:workbench.action.openSettings?[).
3. The links to the additional resources are broken and returns a 404 error.
