mltable 'coming soon' clarification on API reference page

Is `mltable` still development? I'm unable to install it (https://github.com/Azure/azureml-examples/issues/1653).

I found this:

mltable (coming soon) - used for Automated ML and Parallel Jobs. This type defines tabular data - for example: schema and subsetting transforms.
