azureml-monitoring not working with python versions above 3.6

Description
azureml-monitoring is not working with python versions above 3.6, I have tested it on
py3.6 = working
py3.7= not working
py3.8= not working
py3.10= not working
is there anyways that I can use it in python 3.8
