Description

Copilot Studio as MCP client is a popular scenario.

**Reproduce error**:
- Follow the instructions for MCP in APIM here, [Expose REST API in API Management as MCP server | Microsoft Learn](https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/api-management/export-rest-mcp-server). Additional [video reference here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69L4UBLdi3g). Note: Used the [transformer](https://convert.odata-openapi.net/) to translate from OData to OpenAPI first to be compatible with the MCP capabilities in APIM.

Used instructions outlined on [this repos](https://github.com/microsoft/mcsmcp) to configure Copilot Studio to use an MCP server.

MCP Inspector validation looks fine:

But when creating a custom connector, then I don't see any tools. Also when I try to use it in the chat, I am getting an undefined error message.
