GitHub Copilot had an update today that they now support MCP servers that requires authentication.

For APIM MCP server, how can I enable Entra ID auth (client auth) with it right now? Do I have to implement OAuth endpoint as shown in this sample ([Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python: Azure API Management as AI Gateway to Remote MCP servers](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python))
Looking to a simple click to enable the Entra ID auth for my MCP server. If it's not available yet, will it become a built-in feature later on?
