Pass an Azure AD JWT token in the header as we are getting a 401

Description
We have exposed one of our API in APIM as an MCP server and trying to invoke it through VS code. There is no subscription key currently, we would however need to pass an Azure AD JWT token in the header as we are getting a 401 currently.
I checked the docs but unable to find what is the right approach to do it in an automated way. Could you please provide the pointers.
