### Describe the Bug with repro steps

There is a discrepancy between the Easy Auth Portal create PUT request on the "regular" (sorry, don't have a better name for this) Portal vs the Logic Apps Easy Auth creation Portal. There is missing data in the PUT request compared to the regular Portal, which is causing issues for Logic Apps.
