Description

### Severity

P1 - Critical (Blocking production)

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

same as https://github.com/Azure/LogicAppsUX/issues/6207

This issue is reproducible for Customer and also for me.

In the Resource Group, select the already existing DevOps (visualstudioteamservices) API connection.
Go to General -> Edit API connection -> Reauthorize -> Save
the error appears: Test connection failed. Error 'Key 'Token' not found in connection profile.'
Same functionality works fine in Logic App designer.

Impact:

Customer deploy logic app via devops, and need to set the password that cannot be set at devops release level.

This functionality is also used by when the associated password expires or changes.
