### Describe the Bug with repro steps
When a user edits an existing MCP server group and clicks update, the system creates a new group with the updated info.
Expected behavior: Instead of creating a new duplicate, it should update the original group. With the current experience, the user has to delete the old version which adds an additional and unecessary step.
