Many Shared connectors are rendering as GUIDs

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

Expected behavior:
- Shared connectors should render with their name and icon

Actual behavior:
- Certain connectors are rendering with placeholder icon and a GUID for the name

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a trigger/action to a workflow
2. Scroll down the list of connectors a bit and voila
