[Enhancement] After generating API key should we disable the Generate button

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

After enabling API Key and selecting the Access Key and selecting duration, a customer can click on Generate. After clicking Generate, the API Key gets created and can be copied. We leave the Generate button enabled. Yes, it looks like when you subsequently click it, a new key will be generated. Just not sure if this needed/expected
