### Describe the Bug with repro steps

If you add anytings in the Workflow Designer (VSCode) and you will save it. This error comes Always: Workflow not saved. The returned token is not parseable. (Logic App Worklow standard and VSCode)

if you will run the workflow in VSCode then fhe follow Error comes: Error while verifying existing managed api connections: The returned token is not parseable
