[New Experiment]: Request Trigger text still references 'Save' instead of 'Publish' in new Logic Apps experience

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a standard logic app
2. Use new Logic Apps experience and add a stateful workflow
3. Open the newly added workflow in draft version
4. Add 'When an http request is received' trigger
5. Click on the trigger

**Expected:**We need to update the text and placeholder for the request trigger. Since we now use the term “publish” instead of “save” for deploying workflows to production, updating the wording from “save” to “publish” will provide better clarity.

**Actual:** The text and placeholder for the request trigger still show 'save' as in the old designer. Once the new experience is live in production, all related strings should be updated accordingly.
