Switch mode: Unable to switch between Designer and Code View getting error notification

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a consumption logic app
2. Open designer
3. Add http request trigger
4. Save the workflow
5. Switch mode, from designer to code view and code view to designer.

**Expected:** Switching between designer to code view and code view to designer should work smoothly without any error notifications.

**Actual:** Switching between designer to code view and code view to designer is not working and an error notification appears.
