### Describe the Bug with repro steps

When a customer has chosen to use API Key Auth, the should have the ability to view API Keys and they should alwo have the ability to regenerage Keys.

If Auth is ApiKey:

- Add ability to regenerate MCP server access keys. (API ready in private bundle)

- Add option to show and copy X-API-Key (secret) (API ready in private bundle)
