[Enhancement] Provide Additional Identity Provider settings upon MCP registration

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

After a user has selected a connector, configured actions and selected a connection, they will register their MCP Server which includes an entry in API Portal but Logic Apps configuration also takes place to enable that Logic App as an MCP Server. In order to configure the security settings for the MCP Server/Logic App an app registration takes place and easy auth is configured.

When we configurate these values, we automatically select configurations for customers. We should enable customers to provide additional configurations that may address their unique needs.

For example, only allowing specific identities to call the MCP Server.
