Description

### Severity

P3 - Medium

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1- Add the "API management action" in logic app consumption.
2- While creating the connection, select an API management instance which has large number of APIs hosted in it.
3- In the search box, enter the name of an existing API to search for; the search won't return anything.

Note: make sure that the API you are searching for is not in the first 100 API.

In customer scenario, customer searched for APIs that start with gil and the search did not return anything.
