### Problem
- Is there really a scenario where a connector won't have actions?
- If a connector doesn't have actions available the user is unable to proceed.
- What steps should the user take to fix this? Refresh?

### Content strings
- Update content strings to reflect correct terminology.
- Title: No actions found
- Body: This connector may not have actions available, or they may not be loaded yet.
