Provide an option to edit the name, summary, and description of the MCP Server that shows up in APIC.

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Currently all the registered MCP Servers shows up in the APIs blade of APIC. They all share the same name if same connector with different tools was created.
1. Is it possible to show this value on LA UX for users to edit this field by calling it "MCP Server Name"?
1. We currently do not have any inputs of MCP Server name and its summary or description that shows up in APIC. We can add fields here that APIC can pickup when registering the MCP server.
