### Describe the Bug with repro steps

Expected behaviour:
- Create a new logic app workspace
- Right-click on Artifacts/Maps
- Click 'Create Data Map'
- A new data map is created

Actual behaviour
- Create a new logic app workspace
- Right-click on Artifacts/Maps
- Click 'Create Data Map'
- An error message box is displayed reading "The selected folder is not a logic app project.
[Create new workspace] [Open existing workspace] [Cancel]"
