Choose an Azure API Management action Connector don't show "Authentication" advanced parameter (LA Standard Designer only)

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

On logic app Standard, when adding new Choose an Azure API Management action connection, and after selecting the API, it should show "Authentication" in "Advanced Parameters", but in fact it didn't show.

I tested the same on LA Consumption portal, it works well
