Validation errors are not shown on the Summary tab.

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

**Expected behavior:**
- The summary tab should tell me what is failing in the validations with a more specific error.
- Highlight the failing property on the summary page.
- Provide a pencil icon (or something similar) to
- edit it in place
- or navigate directly to the "Set up workflows" tab to edit.

**Actual behavior:**
Summary tab shows generic error: "Template validation failed. Please check the tabs for more details to fix the errors"
It is unclear which tab I need to check and property is failing in the validations.

It takes 4 clicks to get to the error. This experience can use some work.
Workflows tab -> Select Workflow -> Manage Workflow -> Set up workflows
