[Custom templates] [Feature enhancement] Improve how we display template information to users

### Description:
Improve template information visibility. The current use of a toast to display template details is not ideal. It obstructs elements and placement is difficult. We need a more persistent and accessible way to surface key template information throughout the experience so users always have clear visibility into:

- Template display name
- Template type
- Template status
- Last saved timestamp

This ensures users stay informed without needing to recall or search for critical details, reducing cognitive load and improving confidence in their actions.
