Description
### Describe the Bug with repro steps
1. Go to gallery template and make sure you don't have a connection for event hub.
2. Choose event hub template
3. In connections tab, click 'Connect' to create a connection
Expected:
Connect button is disabled
Actual:
Connect button is enabled and can be clicked again, causing 2 UIs for creating connection appeared.
