Seeing issue in Preview Portal when using APIM connector (Logic Apps Standard)

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

I had a workflow built a couple days ago and was working fine. Went into it today and say the following error:

Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: '[object Object] is not a valid Openapi API definition'

Workflow still runs fine..looks like design time.

I decided to switch to Public portal and don't see issue there ..so I think it is regression.
