[Designer Codeview]: Incorrect request payload generated for checking LA validity when user clicks designer from codeview

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Open any consumption LA with connections and parameters.
2. Go to codeview.
3. Now come back to designer.

Actual:

You can see validation request failing because the payload is not correctly removing some things from parameters.
