Description

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

Variable connector is Capitalizing Booleans booleans (true, false) and setting then to True/False which causes HTTP requests to break.

It's not affecting all parameters so it's not clear what's causing it.

Research direction

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point, and provides no workflow JSON. Start by reproducing the Variable connector behavior in a Consumption Logic App using the linked video and screenshot; done means boolean values remain true/false and HTTP requests no longer break.
