An extra "@" symbol is added to Sharepoint "Patch" action parameter everytime changes are Saved

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. For a Logic App with existing Sharepoint "Patch" Action.
2. Make any change using the Graphical editor.
3. Notice that the Sharepoint parameter "@{}" gets additional '@' symbol like so "**@@**{}"
