Unable to add any Dynamic Variables in Event Grid Publish for Logic Apps

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create either a Parse JSON or Variable
2. Create an Event Grid Publish Event Action
3. Try and add any of the dynamic variable data from the previous steps to the data body of the message and nothing is available
