Different Handlings on Implicit For Each

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Find an Output with an implicit Foreach
2. Try using it as an input
3. Try using it as an input while already wrapped in a for each loop with the parent array
4. Note that there is a discrepancy between the 2 values
