Screen resolution issues with expression token picker

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a consumption logic app
2. Open the designer
3. Add http request trigger
4. Add a compose action
5. Select expression (fx) tab

**Expected:** Should able to see 'Add'' option at the bottom with 100% screen resolution. Also when we select full screen option in expression picker

it should expand left.

**Actual:** Unable to see 'Add' option at the bottom with 100% screen resolution. But when we change the screen resolution to 90% we are able to see it. Also when we select full screen option in expression picker it is expanding to right instead of left which is hiding the view of token/expressions added.
