### Describe the Bug with repro steps

Scenario Context: Azure API Center is an inventory management and governance solution for APIs. A lot of the customers we have talked to, usually have a bunch of processes that come with an inventory solution like that. One of the very prominent scenarios are: Customer Contoso creates an Azure API Center in their organization. Before the API gets published to their internal developers, API admins have to check on every new API that gets registered, because they have to fill out some additional metadata for these APIs. So this means, every time a new API gets registered in Azure API Center, a new logic app flow gets triggered. In this flow, customers can define e.g. Teams messages to inform API admins about the new registration. This is the example of the logic app flow (see screenshots below)
