Won't install to currently coded region

After many failures to install the blueprint, I used this tool to see what services are present in each region

I went into the script and changed the install region to “southcentralus” because it supports everything in the Health AI scripts and Databricks, which I want to add ourselves.

Rajeev, this is easy to fox and should be updated in the deploy.ps1 script. I changed the region variable declaration and I ran the script again and it installed fine.
