Gives when saved:
The request content was invalid and could not be deserialized: 'Could not find member 'name' on object of type 'PolicyDefinitionProperties'. Path 'properties.name', line 1, position 192.'.

Just from comparing with the video* demo I can see the files are different...eg no properties object.

same with legacy_blob_storage_file

Start with policyDefinitions/Storage/storage-account-upgrade-gpv1-storage-account-to-gpv2/azurepolicy.json and compare its schema with the linked video example. Check the related legacy_blob_storage_file definition as well, then validate both files by saving them as Azure policies without the reported properties.name deserialization error.
