Description
**Number of tasks in Jobs view are not correct or not updated in time**
Example:
One cannot have 42 running tasks as there are only 24 slots available. In addition all 37 failed tasks have already been re-submitted and are completed. Due this counter should be 0.
If I check this using the filter the correct numbers show up.
Maybe just a refresh issue?
