Improve Cost Pane in Dash

**The problem**
On the Dash tab of Batch Accounts, you show a "Daily cost" pane. For my usage pattern, I cannot easily understand the costs based on what you have shown. Here is that pane for my account:


**Describe the solution you'd like**
Remove the legend of 26 bar colors/names. Make the stacked bar plot a bit taller. For the tool tips, include a **second line** showing the costs, SKU, rate, and hours. Something like this: `$3030 (NC6_v3 @ $3/hr for 1001 hours)`. This would help greatly, thanks!
